You do not need a prescription to order from our doctor service, however, you must provide enough information about your health to allow our doctors to make a clinical decision about your health.

Is the Packaging discreet?

Yes. We send parcels in plain packaging with no indication of what is inside.

How do we work?

You place your order online at www.dokternow.com for your selected medication.
Your order awaits to be approved by a doctor this can take up to 24 hours. (sometimes longer depending on the doctor’s diary)
The order will then be passed to a Pharmacy; where the order will be printed.
Please note your order can be marked as shipped but may not leave us until the following day.
Once the order is printed this is marked as shipped the order will be shipped once checked by the pharmacist (please note the pharmacist can still decline your order if they feel you are over-ordering or abusing the service), once all checks are complete your medication will be sent on the chosen method of delivery, selected at checkout.

– We do not offer a guaranteed next-day delivery service.
– Your order may not leave us the day the order is marked as “shipped”.
– Your order cannot be rushed by customer services.
– You cannot speak to a doctor or pharmacist to dispute their decision.
– You are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been placed.
– We will cancel your order if we suspect you are abusing the service.
– If we notice duplicate accounts number of people at the same address, we will ask you to provide ID for each person ordering.

How can I be sure the medicine is Genuine?

We certainly use the same suppliers as the ones your favorite high street pharmacy also uses. However certain medications coming from European and international pharmacies may have different packaging but these are the same medications with the same active ingredients and quality.

How many days before I get a refund?

Once an order is refunded it takes 72Hrs for the funds to clear in your account.

When can I repeat an order for Opioid containing product?

You are only allowed to order a repeat of an opioid-containing product after 28 days, in some cases proof of address may be required on the second purchase.

How long does it take to approve an order?

The doctors can take anywhere between 3-24 hours to approve orders, however, they check orders a lot of times daily to make sure they are not missing any pending orders.

Where is my medicine shipped from?

Our pharmacies are based in Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and India – Most medicines are shipped from our Dutch pharmacies

Can I expect confidentiality of service?

All medical information and order accounts are entirely confidential and can only be accessed by our medical doctors and staff.

Do you ship medications from India?

Some of our medications are shipped from our approved Indian pharmacy, and these can take some time to arrive, however, all posts will be tracked through a verified link. You are assured that the medications you receive have the highest quality just like your local chemist.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

In some cases customers may have to pay duties, however, medications shipped from EU countries do not require taxes when they are being delivered to other EU countries. The US and other countries in the Middle East and Asia do not require duty payments as they are usually shipped from the UK and other India. Should you require to pay taxes, these are solely your responsibility as a purchaser.
