Orders supplied from domestic sources are dispatched within 24 hours, and sent by fast worldwide delivery (all prices on this website include delivery). Orders from international suppliers may take 48-72 hours to ship, and in very special cases specific denoted products may take weeks to ship. We accept payment on most major credit cards, but certain products may only be used with certain card types, or other payment methods, depending on payment provider regulations. Shopping with us is 100% safe. Shipping fees vary by product ordered.

Customer Guarantee: If you do not receive your order please let us know immediately and we will send it again. We try to ensure that ALL parcels are delivered.

How is my order delivered?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being received (see specifics above). You will receive a confirmation automatically by e-mail when your order has been shipped and your payment processed. If we are out of stock we will e-mail you with an approximate delivery time or offer you an alternative product, unless a backorder notice was already published on the website.

Orders are shipped by International Tracked Air Mail POST. Delivery within the EU takes 1-5 working days, however, delivery to the USA and the Pacific Rim is generally within 10 – 12 working days and 15 – 21 working days to the rest of the world from the date of dispatch. Some orders may be dispatched by Royal Mail or another postal carrier. Some specialty items will take up to 30 days for delivery, due to extra processing required by law.

Unfortunately, we have no control over mail service problems and delays. Please remember that several factors can elongate delivery times slightly such as statutory vacations, postal service suspensions, elections, and industrial action on the part of the mail service.

If after 30 days from the shipment date, your order does not arrive or show a recent tracking update, we will issue a free reshipment. If after 15 days your tracking number (where one has been issued) shows no updates, we will reship it. In the event of a double delivery (original and reshipment orders both arrive), we will rebill you for the extra product. You will be able to return duplicate shipments for credit when requested, less a 10% stocking fee unless an exception is granted by DokterNow.

We do however have an excellent success rate for getting your goods through on time. The packages you will be sent are small and discrete. All invoices are sent via e-mail as confirmation of the order, but can also be printed from the Account area of the website.

We are always available and happy to answer any questions or queries you may have regarding delivery, ordering, or other products you would like to see in our stock.

We do not provide customer service or order by phone, only via the website and e-mail. This allows us to keep our prices to you lower on the website, and operate more efficiently with customers from dozens of different time zones.

Guarantee

DokterNow is not responsible for the individual laws of the customer’s own country concerning our products. However, if your order becomes lost or does not deliver within a reasonable amount of time, for any reason, then we do offer a limited guarantee. We offer to replace your order, free of charge, one time only. Any further reships or credits for that same order are solely at DokterNow’s discretion.
